These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ProVitals At Home website and our home healthcare and equipment rental services in Ahmedabad. By contacting us or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
We provide home nursing, elderly care, ICU / critical care support, bedridden patient care, injection & dressing visits, post-surgery care, attendant / caregiver services, and medical equipment on rent. Service availability depends on staffing, location, and clinical suitability.
Our services support home-based care and recovery. In a medical emergency, call local emergency services immediately. We are not a hospital emergency department.
Enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website forms are requests for coordination — not a confirmed booking until our team confirms timing, staff, and commercial terms with you.
Rented equipment remains our property. Customers are responsible for reasonable care during the rental period. Damage beyond normal use, loss, or misuse may incur repair or replacement charges as communicated at booking.
Care plans should follow advice from the patient’s treating doctor. Our staff support prescribed care; they do not replace physician diagnosis or independent medical judgment where a doctor’s decision is required.
Fees, deposits, and rental charges will be shared before service starts. Payment terms confirmed at booking apply. We aim for transparent pricing with no hidden costs.
